Notes & discrepancies

  1. Coweta County’s FY2027 budget document is a set of fund sheets and prints no all-funds total; the all-funds figure on this page is computed and labeled as such.
  2. Two detail breakdowns in the county’s documents differ from their printed subtotals by $1 (Public Works items and Solid Waste items in the FY2027 sheets) — the functional totals used on this page sum exactly.
  3. The FY2027 Fire Fund’s printed detail lines leave $305,688 unitemized against its printed operating subtotal; this page uses the fund-level totals, which reconcile exactly to Fire Fund revenue.
  4. The ACFR’s statistical section reports total debt of $44,685,176 on a principal basis, differing from the MD&A/Note 7 carrying-amount total of $48,331,299 used on this page; the difference is unamortized premiums and small component differences in the statistical table.
  5. The ACFR states the 2025 population as 160,240 in its transmittal letter and demographic table, and as 160,200 in its debt-ratios table.
